The 12.3 deployment is complete. This release features many enhancements to Dial-IQ and an enhancement to Lead Prioritization. Enhancements to Dial-IQ include a new promo code applet for Dial-IQ Inbound, which prompts inbound callers to input a code and handles the call flow accordingly. Dial-IQ Multi-line will now call all numbers associated with a lead, and the experience for the user has been improved with persistent hold music. Lead Priority Queues can now be scheduled to run during shifts like distribution programs. Read all about these and other enhancements in the full release notes.

The 12.2.4 deployment is complete. This release features an enhancement to the Dial-IQ Multi-line Dialer. When using the Multi-line Dialer, it is now required that users take an action on a lead whenever a call is connected. There has also been an enhancement to Priority Queues and Custom Reports. It is now possible to make copies of exisiting Priority Queues and Custuom Reports. Read the full release notes on the support portal.

The 12.2 Deployment is complete. There have been several enhancements Dial-IQ functionality. Shotgun Connect is now available for use with Dial-IQ Inbound Calls. When creating call flows for Dial-IQ Inbound it is now possible to have the call continue beyond the distribution applet. There is a new Dial-IQ Automatic action for Voicemail and a new Dial-IQ Inbound Call Details report. There has also been a usability upgrade for lead logs on the Add/Edit Lead page. The 12.1 Deployment is complete. Several new Dial-IQ features have been released. New features include Dial-IQ Multi-line Dialer/Demand Connect Integration, Dial-IQ Auto-Actions, and Dial-IQ Inbound Campaign Type. There has also been an update to Dial-IQ Reporting. The Leads360 office will be closed on Monday, February 20th for the President's Day Holiday. The Leads360 Online Support Portal will continue to be accessible during the long holiday weekend. With the 11.4 release, Leads360 is launching a new feature, User Scripting. User Scripting enables administrators to create scripts for users to use when speaking to leads. Features being rolled out as part of the 11.4 release also include the ability to have multiple managers in a single group. The view leads page has also received usability upgrades that make it quicker and easier to filter and assign leads.
